A new cultural center located in the Taş Konak mansion in Nişantaşı, Kalyon Kültür, required a brand identity that would reflect the historical and architectural significance of the building, while also supporting its goal of fostering cultural production through multi-disciplinary programs. By combining elements of the mansion's past with the center's modern ambitions, we crafted a compelling brand identity that encapsulates the richness of the cultural center and its dedication to cultural diversity and innovation.
We developed a logotype that incorporated elements of the Taş Konak mansion's facade and featured distinctive typography inspired by the stone carvings inside the building. Alongside the logotype, we created comprehensive brand guidelines covering print materials, digital platforms, and branded environments. Our digital team also crafted a user-friendly website to effectively convey the brand message to visitors.
The rebranding efforts were successful in establishing Kalyon Kültür as a young cultural institution with a deep connection to the history and architecture of the Taş Konak mansion. We evaluated the success of the solution using metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and overall brand recognition. The new branding helped to enhance the visibility and credibility of Kalyon Kültür, ultimately having a positive impact on the organization's cultural production efforts.
